Content of the tools directory:
================================

  - decompress: decompresses it0/file.compress into PDB files; requires
                decompress-fastfunc to be compiled and csh to be present 
		(Unix-like environment)  

  - contact: calculates contacts in a complex; this has already been
             done in the .contacts files, with a cutoff of 5A

  - cluster_struc: clusters solutions from a pairwise RMSD matrix based on a
                   greedy algorithm; this has already been done in cluster.out, using a RMSD
                   radius of 10 A and a minimum cluster size of 4

  - analysis.py: Analyzes the prediction and the docking performance. 
		 Generates the report in <complex dir>/<complex>.analysis
		 Performs all tests defined in test<name>.py
